I've been thinking a lot about my own state of mental health and I thought about this man right here.
Jefferey R. Holland is 1 of the 12 apostles that guide The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and twice a year they all give talks on things they are inspired on.
Jefferey R. Holland was inspired to talk about depression and all of the things that revolve around mental health.
If you've heard him speak before, you know that he is very powerful and full of passion when he speaks. You can tell by the tone of his voice that he has honest love for God's children.
And when I was listening to his talk, I found myself saying that all those things applied to me!
I recommend this talk to anyone (LDS or not) who is struggling with mental illness.
It helped me a lot!
